Kiro Action buildings are a modern structure deployed in an afternoon from mobile offices to larger multi-unit lounges. The dwelling can be put practically anywhere from a field, parking lot and off-grid in the middle of nowhere, even if it’s not perfectly level with no site prep. Just add the land.

The best part is our building doesn’t require a permit and is plug-and-play. We do everything from ordering to setup. We manufacture, deliver and set it up. Our building system allows you to accommodate everything from a small office to a 1000+ sq ft modern lounge for a festival put up in hours with no hassle.

We have different types of buildings and sizes that offer full-side glass for a modern lounge or more private buildings for a musician’s retreat. We have units that can be moved with a forklift with standard pockets to larger units that can be put up in an afternoon with no heavy machinery.

We bring a modern build for special marketing activations from large recharge centers to exhibitor showrooms to accommodate over 100-people at a time. Get the ugly construction trailers out of your event and customize it with our team. Current customers are using our 750+ sqft units at music festivals, special events and tech conferences.

Our Kiro buildings look amazing on their own, but they look more amazing with your brand colors, design and logos. Vinyl graphics on the building offer an opportunity to maximize reach with an attention-grabbing graphics.

Our Kiro buildings haven’t lived a previous life of a container, but are brand-new custom pressed structural steel building, same material they make bridges out of, with insulated glass or wall inserts in a variety of colors, sizes and profiles.

It’s Plug And Play

The Kiro building comes pre-wired and ready for everything you should expect in a modern flex space. Adjustable LED lighting, done. Modern outlets on the wall and floor, done. Enough power for all your gadgets, done. Just plug it into a power source and you’re set to go, whether it’s a home or generator for off-grid capability.

At no extra cost, all Kiro buildings come with the ability to be directly connected to a dedicated line to your building or office by a local electrician. However you decide to power the modern refuge, it’s ready from day-one.

Compatible With Any Space

It only takes an afternoon to setup the ultra-modern Kiro building. No need to hire a bunch of contractors or build an extension. Deploy the building at a festival for the weekend or pop-up shop in a parking lot. The Kiro building deploys on practically any ground from grass, gravel, cement and no need for a foundation. The Kiro building has a patent-pending foundation system that allows for it to be set up with ease and moved to another site with even more ease.

Enjoy it all year round. Kiro building is wind, rain, snow, and humidity-resistant. Comfortable whether it’s -10 or 110°F outside, and securely elevated to combat insects, heat, water, and mold. Every building comes with a AC + Heat mini-split.

Too much glass and want more privacy? The Kiro building allows for numerous options with various sizes, color combinations and profiles.

Our Manufacturing And Logistics Are The Difference

We are able to keep prices down because we are a home building company paired as an innovation company. We have micro manufacturing plants that are coming online in the US, so that we can be within 2-3 hours drive of our customers. In a standard 53-foot semi, we can fit up to 10-homes limiting fuel, time and getting the final product to you quickly. Imagine in a crisis, such as a wildfire or after a hurricane, we can ship out dozens of homes quickly to help those people right away. State emergency response teams and insurance companies can store our homes in warehouses to react more quickly to wildfires, hurricanes and natural disasters.

Fun fact: Kiro Action is a supplier of crisis response homes to a major insurance company. These homes are stored in a warehouse and if a major crisis hits, such as a hurricane on the coast of Texas and Lousiana, these homes are deployed within hours to insured customers that had their main home damaged. Instead of staying in a hotel two-hours away while their main home is rebuilt, these customers have a choice of a hotel size unit that is 200 sq ft, has a bathroom and kitchenette deployed in front of their main home. We are trying to bring back normalcy to lives affected by disaster.

Short to Long-Term Lease

We are constantly innovating with our products and offer an option where to lease various size units for special events, lease it for extended use. You used to hear it all the time and it mattered; Made in the USA. The majority of similar size structures are manufactured in China, Vietnam and Philippines with loose building standards and lead times that are 6-12 months. Our glass comes from the USA. Our steel comes from plants all over North America. Wherever we can, we buy US products to support local companies. We build all units in Austin and ship them across the nation for use.

KIRO ACTION is a social good enterprise designed to forward a societal benefit with real-world housing solutions. We provide a version of our homes sold at-cost (or gifted) to address homelessness, poverty, and crisis response for various levels of government and non-profits.

Fixing society one home at a time. Our whole goal is to expand our business and find uses for our building solutions for corporations and consumers in order to help others in need. Homes are donated to different causes that include non-profit organization, cities or charity on the front lines. These organizations include domestic violence safe homes, migrant housing on the border and veteran homelessness.

In 2024, we will be utilizing our patent-pending steel frames, to build new Mid-Century modern home models that are over 1000 sq ft at a fraction of the cost of “beginner home” and under 150k. You will see our Kiro Action homes much more in the news in 2024.
