A popular business line for government and commercial entities is our Fixed Commercial Buildings. These modern structures can be deployed in weeks, as opposed to months or a year. It takes a typical commercial or government building of similar size 12-18-months to complete. We build everything in-house and in our Central Texas factories. Once a concrete foundation is cured that’s when the magic happens. Our structural steel panels come together quickly and increments of 10-20-ft. You can make the structural steel panels as tall as needed and every part is custom made to your project. The panels can have folding glass doors, commercial doors, windows and an array of choices. The same choices you get in a standard commercial building can be incorporated in our panels and buildings, including a metal roof. The difference is that our buildings can be put up quicker and at the same price with better options.

The beauty of the Kiro Action Commercial Building is that everything is to permit. It’s a steel skeleton building using structural steel panels with electricity, water lines, insulation and fully customizable. The Kiro Action Commercial Building can be anywhere from 1000-30,000+ sq ft when utilizing a concrete foundation.

Don’t want to use a concrete foundation? Using our structural steel base, instead of a concrete foundation, the Kiro Action Commercial Building can be deployed in any field, and in most sizes from 200-3000 sq ft, directly connected to utilities.

Our recent commercial build is for a federal government client deployed in Texas. It consists of numerous large buildings constructed in 52-days after the concrete foundation had cured. The facility is used as a training center, studio apartments for workers, cafeteria, kitchen facilities, numerous bathrooms and flexible working areas. With the success of the deployment, the government client is working on more sites to deploy similar buildings.
