A home that is more overbuilt than the standard tract home from a publicly-traded company only interested in more profits and not a product that stands the test of time. A home that is comprised of raw materials that comes majority from the US. Our goal at Kiro Action Homes is to spur American ingenuity, growth of the family unit, and that starts with a beautiful home that isn’t priced at a million dollars.

At Kiro Action, we are here on a real mission. You constantly hear that from companies, and most of the time, it’s just a marketing gimmick. From the start of Kiro Action, our goal was simple: make stunning homes with the majority of materials sourced in the USA made for families to start their home ownership desires and could be bought with an average salary. We used years of building our mobile modulars as a real-world research and innovation working with numerous billion-dollar-companies to get to the stage of today; building a stunning home for families.

Our thesis is simple. Without home ownership, everything gets delayed in life. Marriage is delayed. The potential for children is delayed. Having the ability for home ownership earlier in life, with the space to grow, is like a jet-propelled pack for the next stages in life. In the US and over previous decades, modest employment with one job could afford a house, vehicle and raise a family. Home affordability has grown out-of-reach for the majority of the US population. While we can’t fix everything, we have the opportunity to fix housing starting in Central Texas to beyond.

Occur When Permitting, Design, Manufacturing and Construction All Are One Eco-System

 

Our CORE BUILD system incorporates the components of a building in one unified package. The CORE BUILD system is three times faster to install than traditional framing, insulation and drywalling. The panels include channels, making running electrical wires, water and plumbing 70% faster. The same structural steel used to build commercial high-rises is used in the CORE BUILD system.

CORE BUILD is 39% more energy efficient than traditional framing, since it contains encapsulated framing with high-density EPS foam + mineral wool insulation. The panels also contain a vapor shield to protect against moisture, which is less susceptible to mold and mildew growth.

The best part of the CORE BUILD system is that we can utilize panelized wood or steel framing depending on the needs of the project. This technology allows us to build a quicker and stronger home at a fraction of the cost of traditional onsite stick framing. Most importantly, the system is permitted for use, since it’s already incorporated in commercial high-rise builds. It’s a panelized plug-in-play system that is to permit with the flexibility to build various designs.

Utilizing our technology perfected with our modulars, and with end-users, such as Formula 1, it allowed us to build the CORE BUILD system to incorporate into housing. Think of the CORE BUILD system as a sideways Lego’s kit that is more waterproof, stronger, durable, quicker to actually build than onsite framing and incorporates tracking technology from initial assembly to final build. This technology allows us to build a quicker and stronger home at a fraction of the cost of traditional onsite stick framing. Most importantly, the system is permitted for use, since it’s already incoporated in commercial high-rise builds. It’s a panelized plug-in-play system that is to permit with the flexibility to build various designs.
